Supervisory Skills Workshop
A two-day interactive workshop program for supervisors and team leaders, where participants will develop the skills and best work practices to lead effectively and to maximise the potential of their team. The program covers a wide range of supervisory skills, as well as various aspects of the supervisor’s responsibility and accountability.
