Strategic Planning Workshop
A one-day program designed to assist Executive Teams acquire or up-grade skills and knowledge necessary to design a model of strategic planning for their organisation, or refine an existing model based on best practice models in operation. The principles underpinning business excellence are integrated into strategic planning models to deliver continual improvement and sustainability.

- Table work to assist the construction or refinement of a planning model for the participant’s organisation.
