Recruitment & Selection Workshop
A one-day program for Executive-level staff with recruitment and/or selection responsibilities.
The recruitment of candidates and the selection of staff are considered key decision-making areas for leaders. Yet training in this area is often neglected and short-cuts and poor placement decisions result in cost over-runs and increased threats to the organisation's viability and professionalism.
This workshop is layered with numerous practical exercises to develop sound understandings of the strategies and processes and to enhance participants’ interviewing skills.
Learning outcomes
- Understanding of the Recruitment and Selection Process within the broader context of Human Resources Management
- Development of practical skills in a range of Recruitment and Selection Strategies
- Exploration and development of the skills around the Structured Interview and Behavioural Interviewing
