REFUND POLICY
- Notification of cancellations and requests for transfers and substitutions must be in writing.
- A refund, subject to a 10% processing fee, is available if Visionary Leaders is advised of cancellation more than 10 working days prior to the workshop commencement date.
- Transfers to alternate programs can be made if a request is received more than 10 working days from the workshop commencement date and there is availability on the selected workshop.
- If a participant does not attend a program, fees will not be refunded or allocated to another program.
- Substitutions are always welcome up to one working day prior to workshop commencement date.
- Visionary Leaders reserves the right to postpone or cancel workshops and will make every effort to contact participants in the event of an alteration to the workshop.
